Puerto Rico -- 2 October 2010

Flew on Delta Airlines from Key West to San Juan, Puerto Rico, on 30 September. Landed late at night and stayed in a small local hotel close to the airport called The Coqui Inn. Walked the beach late at night next to the high-rise beachfront hotels. The next morning, bought some toiletries that the airline will not carry. Then rented a small car and took off, heading East to the area around Fajardo. After a day of driving, looking at endless scenes of green mountains and blue ocean, we spent the night in a nice place in Las Croabas called the The Passion Fruit Bed and Breakfast. The bed was good and the breakfast was really good. The fruits we ate for breakfast were almost perfect and were grown on the premises.
